Cordless Venetian Blinds With No Cords to Pull

Our cordless venetian blinds are made to measure in the UK with 25mm aluminium slats and no cords at all: you raise and lower the blind with the tab on the bottom bar and tilt the slats with a wand. With nothing hanging down, there are no loops for a child or pet to reach, so they are child and pet safe and an easy choice for a nursery, a family kitchen or a home with a curious cat.

We made these cordless aluminium venetian blinds to clip into a uPVC frame, so there is no drilling either, and you choose whether the tab sits on the right or the left. Up to ten free samples let you check the colour first, and a 4 year guarantee covers every blind.

How a Cordless Venetian Blind Works Day to Day

Use the small tab on the bottom bar to raise or lower the blind, then twist the wand to angle the slats. Close them fully for privacy, or angle them upwards to direct daylight towards the ceiling. Because the blind sits close to the glass, light passes through the slats rather than around them, and you tilt them with the wand, not by pulling on the slats.

Yes. There are no cords or chains for a child or pet to reach, because the blind raises and lowers with the tab on the bottom bar and tilts with a wand. Cordless venetian blinds made to measure by Blindstyle are child and pet safe.

Twist the wand to tilt the slats open or closed. To raise or lower the whole blind, use the tab on the bottom bar: move it up to raise the blind and down to lower it.

Yes. The blind sits close to the glass, so the light passes through the slats rather than around them, and you control it by raising or lowering the blind and by tilting the slats. A little light can still show where the blind meets the frame.

No. Our clip-in venetian blinds are cordless, but our standard venetian blinds use a cord and a wand, with a safety device fitted and no cord longer than 1.5m. Choose cordless if children or pets use the room.

Our blinds without cords go up to 137.2cm wide and 213.4cm high. For a wider or taller window, our venetian blinds go up to 400cm by 400cm, though they use a cord and wand. Splitting a large window between two cordless blinds is another option if each pane fits.

Measure the glass, not the frame, at the top, middle and bottom for the width and down the left, middle and right for the drop, using the smallest of each, and choose your frame depth when you order.
