Vertical blinds are easy to maintain. The most they'll usually need is a wipe down with a feather duster or a quick vacuum. If you're purchasing blackout/waterproof/thermal verticals, they have a coating that can be wiped down with a wet cloth or baby wipe without damaging the blind.

Vertical blinds are great for light control. As the vertical slats twist they can be fully closed, fully open, or anywhere in between, allowing you to direct as much light as you want exactly where you want.

Yes, vertical blinds are great for bathrooms. Though, it's important you opt for blackout vertical blinds as these have a coating which makes them waterproof and able to withstand years of humid/wet conditions.

Vinyl vertical blinds outperform fabric vertical blinds for insulation. The coating that is added to vinyl verticals makes them more dense and harder for air to go through. This creates a pocket of air between the blind and window that acts the same as window glazing.
