Grey Venetian Blinds, From Light Grey to Charcoal

Our grey venetian blinds are made to measure in the UK with slim 25mm aluminium slats in a wide run of greys, from a light grey and a misty, soft grey through mid greys to a deep charcoal and a near-black grey. Finishes include matt, soft gloss and perforated, so you can choose between a flat, calm look, a little sheen and softened light. Up to ten free samples let you compare the greys against your walls.

Choosing the Right Grey

A light grey venetian blind keeps a room open and suits a bedroom or a small window. Mid greys are the most versatile and sit with white, cream and wood. A dark grey, charcoal or near-black, makes a bold frame at a window with plenty of light. A soft gloss reflects a little more light than a matt finish.

Whichever shade you choose, the grey blind is made in two forms. Pick the standard blind for the widest size range, from 61cm by 61cm to 400cm by 400cm, fixed with brackets and worked by a cord and wand. Pick the clip-in Perfect Fit blind for a uPVC window or door: it needs no drill, uses a tab and wand instead of cords, and stops at 137.2cm by 213.4cm, in a white, golden oak or mahogany frame. Yes. Wipe the slats with a cloth or duster for a quick clean, or use a damp cloth or baby wipe for more persistent marks. The aluminium resists moisture.

Grey sits well with white, cream and pale walls, and with warm woods. A light grey blends with pale walls, while a charcoal grey contrasts with them.

A grey venetian blind has horizontal slats in a grey finish that tilt to control light and privacy and that raise to clear the window. Ours are 25mm aluminium, in light, mid and dark greys.
