Kitchen Roller Blinds

Kitchen Roller Blinds FAQs

Roller blinds are great for kitchens and are available in blackout for any windows near the sink. They rare easy to install and clean, provide good light control, and are child safe but if they're the best for kitchens is dependent on your needs.

Kitchen roller blinds don't need to be waterproof. If your window is away from the kitchen sink, it'll likely not see much (if any) water, so dim out (non-waterproof) roller blinds will be fine. If your window is next to the sink, or if you think there's a chance the blinds will see humidity, steam, or water constantly, then it's better to opt for waterproof (blackout) roller blinds.

Roller blinds are easy to keep clean. They can be cleaned with a duster or with a vacuum. If you have blackout roller blinds, you can wipe them down with a damp cloth without any problems.
