Perfect Fit Blinds for French Doors

Our clip in french door blinds are made to measure in the UK with 25mm aluminium slats. They are Perfect Fit blinds that clip onto the rubber beading of a uPVC door, so there is no drilling, no screws and nothing to damage the frame. Choose a frame in white, golden oak or mahogany.

A tab on the bottom bar raises the blind and a wand tilts the slats, so there are no cords and the blinds are child and pet safe. Because they are fixed to the door, the blind moves with the door when it opens.

Checking a French Door Before You Order

Each glazed panel needs rubber beading under 6mm wide. The blind must be 61cm to 137.2cm wide and up to 213.4cm high, and the frame covers the sides of the glass, so a closed blind blocks a great deal of light, very close to blackout. Keep 2.5cm clear of handles, hinges and vents.

French doors have two doors, so you need a blind for each panel and one measurement per blind. Our perfect fit measuring guide shows how. If your doors do not have beading, see our venetian door blinds instead.

No. These blinds use a clip system with no screws or drilling. The clips slide between the beading and the window pane and the blind clips straight onto them.

The frame attaches to the door glass, so there is little gap for light. The slats control how much light comes in and where it points. They are very close to blackout but not technically blackout.
