Thermal Blinds for Wide Windows

Our extra wide thermal blinds are made to measure in the UK in three styles. Vertical blinds go up to 500cm wide, roller blinds up to 350cm and real basswood blinds up to 240cm. The thick PVC-coated fabric on the rollers and verticals is called thermal because it helps trap air, and we publish no insulation or energy figures.

Choosing for a Wide Opening

For a patio door or a run of glass, a vertical is the usual choice, because the stack sits to one side or splits in the middle. A roller covers up to 350cm in one sheet, and real wood is lighter than faux wood on a wide blind.
