Waterproof Bathroom Vertical Blinds
Waterproof Bathroom Vertical Blinds, Made to Measure
Our waterproof bathroom vertical blinds are made to measure in the UK from a fibreglass core laminated with a PVC coating, with 89mm slats and a smooth wand. The coating is waterproof and wipes clean, so it copes with steam, splashes and condensation in a family bathroom, a shower room or a wet room.
They come in black, white, cream, grey, blue and beige, and up to ten free samples, posted first class, show the colour in your bathroom's light. A 4 year guarantee covers every blind.
Choosing the Fit for a Bathroom
Bathroom windows are often small and sit above a bath or shower, so measure carefully and choose whether the blind hangs inside the recess or covers the frame. Choose the stack side that gathers the slats away from the shower, and the wand side you can reach with dry hands.
For the polyester alternative in a dry en-suite see our bathroom vertical blinds, and for the wood look our wooden bathroom blinds.
Wet Room Vertical Blind FAQs
Are there waterproof blinds for bathrooms?
Yes. Our PVC-coated vertical blinds are waterproof and wipe clean, so they suit a bathroom, a shower room or a wet room.
What type of blind is best for a bathroom?
A waterproof, wipe-clean blind is the practical choice. Our PVC-coated verticals are waterproof, and the polyester ones are not, so choose the PVC-coated slat for any bathroom where the blind will get wet.
Can I put a vertical blind over a shower window?
Yes, if it is the PVC-coated slat. Choose the stack side that gathers the slats away from the shower.
How do I clean waterproof bathroom vertical blinds?
Wipe the slats with a damp cloth or baby wipe, or use a duster. They do not go in the washing machine.
How do I measure my windows for bathroom vertical blinds?
Over a bath or shower, measure the window and check whether the wand will hang where you can reach it dry-handed. See our measuring guide for vertical blinds for the diagrams. Every Blindstyle blind also comes with measurement protection, which gives you a reduced price on a replacement if you measure wrong, depending on the blind.
Are bathroom vertical blinds easy to install?
Yes. Use fixings that suit the surface, since bathroom walls are often tiled. Our vertical blind installation guide shows how to fix the brackets and hang the blind.
