We currently offer 2 delivery options, our standard free shipping and our 48 hour despatch.

Our free shipping has a current lead time of 2-4 weeks. We aim to have your blinds made and dispatched in 5-10 days.

Our 48 hour despatch service has a current lead time of 1-2 weeks. We aim to have your blinds made and dispatched in 1-3 days.

We currently offer 2 different shipping options, standard and 48 hour despatch.

For mainland UK orders, our standard shipping is free no matter how many blinds you order. Our 48 hour despatch is £15.

Our delivery cost for orders from Guernsey or Jersey is £33.

Our delivery cost for orders from the Isle of Man is £36

FitFix insurance is a mismeasurement policy you can take out on your order for an additional £9.99. This is an insurance policy against incorrectly measuring any blinds within your order.

At Blindstyle, we offer a wide range of cards. This includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX), Discover Maestro, Union Pay, and Diners Club.

We also offer quick payment services Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

We also offer split payment with Klarna.

Our free samples allow you to get up to 10 small pieces of the blind delivered to see how the colour will look in your home.

All you have to do is click “Order free sample” for the blinds you like, complete the order and we’ll send them to you using Royal Mail first class post.

We currently only deliver to mainland UK, the Isle of Man, Guernsey, and Jersey.

Turns and joins usually occur when the requested width or height is larger than the fabric used to make the blind.

A turn means that the blind will be rotated 90 degrees. This happens when the fabric width can’t match the requested width but the fabric height can. For plain fabrics this isn’t noticeable, but for patterned fabrics this could mean your pattern is rotated 90 degrees.

A join is where neither the fabric height or width matches the requested height or width. In this case we take two pieces of the same fabric and join them together. We aim to place the join on the back of the fabric near the top to make it unnoticeable.

As our products are made to measure, we are unable to make adjustments to your order once it has been placed.

If you need to make an adjustment or change to your order, please contact our customer service team at hello@blindstyle.co.uk, but we can’t guarantee any amendments to your order.

We highly recommend you double check all measurements before placing your order.

We can’t guarantee being able to change your delivery address after ordering.

If you need to change your address and your blinds haven’t been shipped yet, please reach out to our customer service team at hello@blindstyle.co.uk.

If you need an invoice for your order, please request one from our customer service team at hello@blindstyle.co.uk and include your order number.

FAQs about Delivery

Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number which can be used to track your order.

If you’ve just received your tracking number, please give some time for the couriers to update the tracking information.

Once the blind leaves our factory, the standard delivery time for our couriers is 2-5 working days.

You can use our tracking tool to track your blinds as it makes the journey to your home using our tracking tool.

If your blinds haven’t arrived 2-5 working days after leaving our factory, please reach out to our customer service team at hello@blindstyle.co.uk.

Damaged packaging can look scary but we’ve actually designed it to handle the heavy touch of couriers.

If the packaging is damaged, please first take photos of the damages. Then open up the box and scan the blinds for any signs of damage. If you don’t see any, you can continue to install the blinds as normal and do some final checks once the blind is installed.

If, after opening up the box, you see damage on the blind, please take photos of the damage. Then, reach out to our customer service team at hello@blindstyle.co.uk with all of the photos so we can resolve it.

We’re really sorry if your blinds have come incorrect.

To help us get this resolved for you asap, please take photos of the blinds and send them to our customer service team at hello@blindstyle.co.uk explaining what isn’t correct about your order.

If the sizing is incorrect, please include photos with a metal tape measure that clearly show the sizing issue.

We’re sorry to hear that your blind has arrived faulty.

To help us resolve this for you, please take photos and/or videos of the fault and reach out to our customer service team at hello@blindstyle.co.uk.

We’re sorry to hear only part of your order has arrived. Sometimes our couriers split up blinds and deliver them separately.

Please contact our customer service team at hello@blindstyle.co.uk and we’ll be happy to locate the other parts of your order.

As our blinds are custom made to your specifications, we’re unable to accept returns. Because of this, we highly advise you take advantage of our free sample service prior to ordering your blinds as this gives you a chance to see, touch and feel the blind up close.

Due to child safety laws, we have to make certain cord deductions to each blind:

For any blinds over 100cm we will either make the cord deductions above or to 100cm, whichever is larger.

Example A: You order a roller blind with a height of 180cm. As 100cm is larger than 30cm (180-150), we will send a 100cm chain.

Example B: You order a roller blind with a height of 280cm. As 130cm (280-150) is larger than 100cm, we will send a 130cm chain.

If your chain has arrived and it’s too short to function properly, please reach out to our customer service team via email at hello@blindstyle.co.uk and let them know the length needed.

Due to the made to measure nature of our blinds, they cannot be returned and are exempt from the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014.
