Made to Measure White Blinds With Tapes

Our white wood blinds with tapes are made to measure in the UK with 50mm slats, in real basswood or UPVC faux wood. The slats are white and the tapes come in white, grey, beige or black, so you can keep the look soft and tonal or add a clear contrast. A gloss white finish is also available in real wood.

Which Tape Colour Goes With White Slats?

White tapes give the softest look. Grey tapes add a gentle edge, beige tapes warm white slats up, and black tapes make a sharp, graphic outline. Tapes cover the cord holes, so a closed blind looks more finished and lets through a little less light, but they cost a little more than untaped blinds. Yes. Despite being white, these blinds do not tend to get overly dirty. They can usually be cleaned with a quick dust or a wipe down, and the faux wood versions can also be wiped with a wet wipe.

Neither is better, it depends on the look you want. Tapes cover the cord holes, which gives a more finished look and lets through a little less light, and the tape colour adds a design detail. Blinds without tapes are simpler and a little cheaper. Both are 50mm and come with the same 4 year guarantee.

Choose the faux wood designs for bathrooms and other damp rooms, because the UPVC slats are waterproof. Real wood designs suit dry rooms such as living rooms and bedrooms.
